Angry Birds Refresh - Terms Of Service

By making use of Angry Birds Refresh (in any way, shape or form), you agree to these terms. They may change at any time, for any reason. You will be notified in-game when this happens.

These terms apply to both you and us ("Team FlashCord"), regarding your use of the project. We also have a Privacy Policy that is incorporated into these terms and applies to your usage.

If you change your mind about these terms and no longer agree to them, you may begin the account deletion process, outlined in the Privacy Policy.

This project makes use of the 'Discord' instant messaging platform. As such, you will need to have an account on it, and you will need to agree to not violate their Terms of Service. Any violation of their terms will be considered a violation of ours as well to the extent applicable.

Any violation of these terms will result in termination of your access to the game service (an "in-game ban"), the duration of which depends on the severity. Additionally, depending on a case-by-case basis, if you get banned from our Discord community server, we might issue you an in-game ban as well, and vice versa.

Accessing unauthorized material relating to any of our work.
Cheating and/or exploiting parts of the game server, or otherwise ruining the experience for other players.
Harassing players and/or members of Team FlashCord in one way or another.
Using a profile picture, username and/or display name that contains harmful, obscene, threatening, abusive, or sexually, racially, religiously offensive or otherwise unpleasant material.
Accessing the game through unauthorized means.
Using a different account to bypass service access termination and/or access to our Discord community server.

You also agree to letting us send you Discord direct messages through our bot's opt-out "notifications" feature, which notifies you about various in-game features.
